Competitors
We will begin accepting competitor applications on Wednesday, April 1 at 9:00 AM. Please note that this is not a KCBS-sanctioned event—it is a true backyard BBQ competition designed for amateur cooks. Professional caterers and established competition teams are not eligible and will be disqualified. This event is all about fun, fair competition, and showcasing local backyard talent.
Food Vendors
Food vendor applications will open on Wednesday, April 1 at 9:00 AM. Space is limited, and spots are filled on a first-come basis. We encourage interested vendors to apply early to secure a place at this year’s event.

Family Fun
Stay tuned for updates! In past years we’ve featured carnival rides, a petting zoo, face painting, and an ice cream truck, making Smokin’ on the Creek a fun-filled day for all ages. More details on this year’s family activities will be announced soon.
